Shipping policy

Babe of Lilith ships physical products with care. Please read the following before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Custom, made-to-order, ritual-prepared, or limited-release items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery estimates vary depending on destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Digital and Service-Based Orders

Shipping policies apply only to physical goods.

Ritual services, readings, consultations, and digital products are not shipped physically. These are fulfilled according to the timeline stated on the product or booking page.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@babeoflilith.com.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Babe of Lilith is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

If your package is lost or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier errors or theft after delivery.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@babeoflilith.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or local taxes required by their country.

Babe of Lilith is not responsible for delays related to customs processing.
