Refund policy

At Babe of Lilith, all orders are handled with care and intention. Because our store includes both physical goods and spiritually based services, the refund rules differ by product type.

1. Ritual Services, Spellwork, Readings, and Digital Products

All sales are final on the following:

  • ritual services
  • spellwork
  • tarot readings
  • spiritual consultations
  • custom energetic work
  • digital downloads
  • any made-to-order or personalized spiritual product

These offerings are considered time-based, customized, and/or intangible products. Once an order is placed, the work, preparation, scheduling, energetic allocation, or delivery process begins. Because of that, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • change of mind
  • misunderstanding of the offering after purchase
  • subjective dissatisfaction
  • delayed personal results
  • unmet expectations
  • failure to complete required intake forms or provide requested information on time

Babe of Lilith does not guarantee specific outcomes from any spiritual service, ritual, or divinatory offering.

2. Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

To request a return or replacement, email [your support email] within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened ritual oils, candles, bath products, or consumable/body-use products
  • used items
  • personalized or custom-made items
  • sale or clearance items

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for the next step. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Issues

Babe of Lilith is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carrier issues
  • weather
  • customs
  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-marked deliveries.

4. Cancellations

Orders for ritual services, readings, and custom spiritual products cannot be canceled once placed.

Physical product orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
